The Pressure Test assembly consists of a calibrated gauge, adapter and handwheel. To test a cylinders pressure, the Assembly is attached to the INERGEN CV-98 Valve fill port.
Testing steps
- Before connecting the assembly to the valve, ensure the handwheel is turned out.
- Once secured to the Fill port on the valve, the handwheel can be turned in, which opens the fill port, allowing pressure to flow to and be read from the gauge.
- Once the pressure is read and recorded, the handwheel should be turned out, which closes the valve fill port and the assembly can be removed from the CV98 valve fill port.
Additional Parts
The Inergen Cylinder Pressure Test Assembly can be adapted to the CV-90 valve throught the use of a adapter converter (Part #426181), which converts the CV-98 pressure tester to CV-90 valve pressure tester.
