Delivery & Transportation

We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders already dispatched. In-stock items are normally shipped within hours of the order being processed.

In-stock orders placed before 12.00 pm (midday, AEST) should arrive next business day to capitals and large regional cities. However, there may be circumstances beyond our control that delivery is delayed; therefore, we would like you to allow 2 – 10 business days for your delivery to arrive.

Returns and Refunds

Returns accepted only on unopened, unused and undamaged products, within 15 days of receipt. Returned orders valued above $200 will incur a 15% re-stocking fee.

Unless the product(s) are defective or damaged in transit, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Shipping cost is the customers responsibility unless the reason for returns is damage during shipping or defective products. In this case, notification to Fire Systems Products must be within 24 hrs of goods receipt.Evidence supporting the claim, such as photos to be provided.

Damage or defect must be recorded on the Proof of delivery document and also provided to Fire Systems Products.  Damaged goods due to transit may be refused and returned to Fire Systems Products for processing if found before acceptance.

Cancellation of Orders

FSP has the right to refuse the cancellation of orders for specially ordered items.

FSP will refuse the cancellation of orders for specially manufactured items.

Privacy & Security

For your privacy and security, Fire Systems Products ensures that all personal information received from any customer is stored and filed away with the appropriate measures. When collecting personal information of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations, no information on consumers who browse our Web page.

The information we collect is used to:

  • improve the content of our website
  • used to notify consumers about updates to our website
  • used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes (with opt-out)

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

All payments are accepted by our Secure Credit Facility or direct debit into our account, if you cannot make payments with any of the available payment options please contact FSP Sales to arrange an alternative payment solution.

Our prices are checked regularly to ensure that we provide the best price to our customers, prices may vary so to ensure the correct price please check our website and products before purchasing.

Viewing Orders

Viewing your current or historic orders can be done at any time by using your user name and password and logging into your account at www.firesystemsproducts.com.au

Remember to keep your user name and password confidential at all times and use a unique secure password. We do our best to keep your information secure, as should you.

Updating Account Information

Some information about our registered users is unable to be altered by them. If you are a registered user and wish to change these details, please contact us and we can update or remove the required details.
