Heavy Duty and Fire Rated, these magnetic Door Holders are designed primarily for fire and smoke doors in projects where doors are designed to the held open. With a holding force of 40kg, they can hold very large doors with ease.

When utilised with a fire and smoke detection system, alarms can be configured to automatically close doors that are required to be held in the open position. Often Fire Doors are held open to allow pedestrian or general traffic to pass through unimpeded. However during an alarm event, these doors are returned to the closed position containing the spread of fire or smoke to the affected areas and limiting its spread to other areas.
