The Deckhead Mounting can be used with Tyco 600/800 Series detectors using 5B base or Simplex detectors, when fitted in particularly damp or dirty
environments. Only suitable detectors should be used - consult bulletin GPBD0018. The housing has four 20/25mm cable breakouts and is secured with two
countersunk screws at 144mm fixing centres. The mounting surface should be flat over the area of the underside of the housing to ensure a stable fixing and
strong enough to take the weight of the mounting, detector base and sensor. Extra Base Accessory Terminals (BATs) are available (one is supplied). Part Number DHM-5B
