FSP offers a pressure test and refill service for gaseous fire suppression cylinders.
This service can be used when FSP cannot offer a suitable SuperSwap exchange cylinder or when a customer specifically requires their original cylinder to be returned.
This may be required where the existing cylinder serial number needs to remain associated with the system or facility.

Your existing cylinder remains the cylinder used for the service, rather than being exchanged for another cylinder.

SuperSwap
Exchange your existing cylinder for a filled and tested replacement cylinder where a suitable SuperSwap cylinder is available.

Pressure Test & Refill
Retain your exact cylinder and have it pressure tested and refilled before it is returned to you. This is also available where a suitable SuperSwap exchange cannot be offered.
The Service Process
How the Pressure Test & Refill Service Works

Arrange the Service
Contact FSP with the details of the cylinder requiring pressure testing and refill.

Cylinder Transport
Deliver the cylinder to FSP or arrange for FSP technicians to disconnect and transport the cylinder.

Pressure Test
Your existing cylinder is pressure tested as part of the FSP cylinder service.
04
Refill
The cylinder is refilled with the required gaseous fire suppression agent.
05
Return Your Cylinder
The same cylinder is returned to the customer, preserving the original cylinder and serial number.

Deliver the Cylinder to FSP
Customers can deliver their gaseous fire suppression cylinders directly to FSP for the required service.
Option 02
Arrange FSP Technicians
FSP technicians can be arranged to disconnect and transport cylinders so FSP can manage the service process.
