Delivery & Returns


We currently only ship to Australia. If you are an overseas customer please contact us at as we would be happy to organise a quote for you.

Important information

All goods will be delivered by one of our proffered couriers.

Orders under 5Kg will be charged a flat rate of $25

Our proffered couriers have a guaranteed next day delivery service. Orders need to be placed before 12.00pm daily.

However, there may be circumstances beyond our control that a service may be delayed therefore, we would like you to allow 2 – 3 business days for your delivery to arrive.

We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.



The Customer is deemed to have accepted the goods unless it makes a claim in accordance with the clause immediately below.

The customer may reject any good's that are wrongly supplied or oversupplied by notifying the supplier of the claim and providing full particulars of the claim in writing within 3 days of receipt of those goods. The supplier may dispute any such claim.

(a) The goods are returned to the supplier ‘s premises by prior arrangement and with the supplier’s written approval within 5 days of delivery, at no cost to the supplier, unless delivered as the result of an administrative error by the supplier, in which case the supplier will bear the cost of return:

(b)  The goods are accompanied by a dispatch note stating the suppliers original invoice number and reason for return

(c)  The goods are returned in an unsoiled, undamaged and resalable condition in their original packing.

The Customer must not return any goods to the supplier unless it has complied with these two clauses immediately above and has done all things necessary to permit the supplier to examine the goods to the supplier’s satisfaction within that period.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping, administration and handling charges are non-refundable.

Simply securely pack and seal the return merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and send back to us using a TRACKABLE service to the above address. (This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves).

We reserve the right to reject the returns of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Returns Policy and we may request that you pay for the shipping of such goods back to you.


Once your package has been received, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 7 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Fire Systems Products.
